  • I booked a 2-hour loading and unloading service for a 1-bedroom apartment move. Both apartments had dedicated elevators, and the buildings were only 5 minutes apart, so this should have been a straightforward move. Unfortunately, the movers arrived 30 minutes late. It then took them 4 hours just to load the truck, despite the small size of the move. After loading, they informed me they needed to leave for another appointment before completing the job. After speaking with the company manager, one mover left anyway, and the remaining mover had to unload everything alone, which added another 2 hours. The entire move ended up taking 6 hours instead of the estimated 2 hours. The movers worked extremely slowly, communication was poor, and the overall experience was very stressful and unprofessional. This was by far the worst moving experience I’ve had, and I would not recommend this company.

    Hello. We must clarify the operational facts of this service. While the move was for a 1-bedroom apartment, the logistics of your building were exceptionally restrictive. The loading process required using two separate, unreserved elevators just to reach the loading zone, combined with very long walking distances through the hallways. Our team worked continuously, but navigating this specific infrastructure significantly multiplies the time required. Per our policies and the platform's terms, any service that extends beyond the initially booked hours must be compensated. When the 2 hours expired, we explained that the building's layout was causing the delay and requested payment for the additional time needed. Because you refused to cover the extra hours, we could not require our entire crew to work without pay, which led to the departure of a team member. We always aim to complete every job, but we must protect our labor force and ensure fair compensation for all hours worked. Thanks
