  • The help loading was fantastic, very efficient and a lot of furniture was loaded quickly. A few items did arrive to the final destination damaged due to being just thrown or stacked on top of other furniture. A dining room chair has a large very noticeable scratch in it and the antique coat rack arrived twisted and damaged. I also wish more care was taken with delicate items such as glasses l.
