They were not very responsive from the beginning. I got a text two hours before our move asking to delay our move by an hour and a half. Two men showed up only one worked, and then they tried to force us to give them the codes that they could get paid and ditch the job. They loaded our truck, but wanted to leave and not unload and get paid! They were beyond unprofessional and sketchy not to mention they showed up with a hot boxed car and stunk of marijuana.
