  • Fast, professional, friendly, prompt, on time!!!!! There are not enough adjectives!!!!!

  • This Moving Helper showed extremely poor time management and efficiency. A one-bedroom apartment took 5 hours, which is unacceptable. From the start, when one helper used the restroom, the other stood and waited instead of working, despite boxes being ready. Throughout the move, they stayed together at all times rather than working separately, causing unnecessary delays. The move was unit-to-unit in the same apartment complex, right next to each other. There were no stairs—only six steps to the first floor and an elevator to the second floor. I even provided a dolly to speed things up, but it made no difference. For the amount of money paid, this service was not worth it. Polite attitude aside, the lack of urgency and productivity was unprofessional. I would not recommend this Moving Helper and believe this performance should be reviewed by U-Haul.
