They did not reach out to me to confirm, they texted me one time on their own to say they were on their way. They were kindly spoken and respectful, but my assessment is compared to the other team the day before. They seem not to know how to use ratchet straps. I informed them to do so and had over 15 supplied to them. They used 0. Instructed to pack to the top of the trailer, did not. Created a void in the middle of the items and just chucked stuff in upside down and right side up on top of fragile light items. I hired the team from yesterday to finish the work they left all over my lawn and street. Choose anyone else, Military Movers is great. Sorry, but I have to be honest. If someone had told me how slow and inefficient they were, one had to wait on the other the whole time and didn’t work together, I never would have booked.

Thank you for the review. It's important that customers book the appropriate amount of hours in order for the job to be completed. 2 hours booking on a 8 hour job is not going to work.

What I liked about Right choice movers was that when the team arrived. Gary got right to it and any concerns we had, he would load as requested. And he was careful with our belongings. Gary was the team leader and seemed more experienced than the other men aboard. What we didn’t care for was that when we booked the first day we got that they were double booked, so that was excused, but the second day, we were told that we would be first on the list the next day and they didn’t arrive until late which caused my mother to miss her last appointment for the day. We did agree for them to come two hours later than agreed, but it was way past that time. That was our main complaint is be there when you say you are going to be there as that affects everyone’s schedule. But, when they get to work, they really do work and you can tell they work hard.
