  I can't say enough about the outstanding service provided by this moving team. From start to finish, they exceeded every expectation and delivered one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Communication was exceptional from the very beginning. Armando called ahead to provide an estimated arrival time, and the team actually arrived earlier than expected. Once they arrived, they immediately got to work with a level of professionalism that was truly impressive. They took charge of the move, stayed organized, and worked efficiently throughout the entire process. One thing that really stood out was how well prepared they were. They arrived with everything needed to complete the move, including hand dollies, tools, straps. It was reassuring to know this team came fully equipped and ready for the job. I would not hesitate to hire them again for a future move, and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality movers.

  The movers were nice and were able to move about 90 percent of the items from the garage into the unit. My main issue was the lateness. The agreed arrival window was between 9 am and 10 am, but they did not arrive until 10 45 am. Other than that, the move was mostly smooth, and I appreciate their effort during the heatwave. One concern is that after their 2 hours were up, some items were left in the hallway and near the exit without clear communication.
