• Terry who helped us move was great- we tipped him $50! However, we were supposed to have 2 movers and half an hour before they were to arrive, the company unexpectedly cancelled one of the movers. This had a major impact on our move and we ended up having to take off work to accommodate the extra time it took. The communication with the supervisor was unpleasant- he tried very hard to overcharge us in addition to be unprofessional and cancelling a mover last minute. We agreed to have the one mover stay an extra hour (4 hours) to try to make up for the loss of one mover and he tried to charge us the same price (we booked 2 movers for 3 hours). In hindsight- I knew from our first interaction that this company was sketchy and I should’ve booked with someone else instead. Hopefully reading this will save you the hassle of what we went through!

  Taking of one person was out of our control, we decided to go ahead to help a customer out, customer agreed to pay only half service after doing the calculation. We did not even boder until after days before payment was made because reschedulling was not paving way. Note we can not compell workers when they decide not to show up, but as company we talk it through with customers but seems later they choose to come up and post stuff after agreeing to their own terms. We accommodated as much knowing well one person doing such job was going to be hard. Customer was happy we send one person over. Customer or any customer always take day off to move out, so taking a day off was not because of us. Customer was not communicating until few days to moving, we could have cancelled but would have cost her more so we tried to accommodate. Customer reached out herself to complete payment because resolving extra hours and the use of one person was reported to moving help.

• Had a huge scratch on my wall, I got charged extra and paid, still waiting for an invoice. Their boss called 1145pm on a Saturday for extra charge. Not recommended at all.

  Job was requested 24hrs notice and had to arrange the team to help customer who sounded needed it urgently.An Extra money was paid out of pocket just to motivate the team. Note we had the right to cancel but for the sake of customer needs we motivated the team with extra hours from pocket.
