• Worst moving experience I’ve ever had. They were 45 minutes late and yes, I got a text but then when they showed up, they said nothing. They broke four pieces of furniture, destroyed the walls and I couldn’t have been any nicer, but I got zero response. In the last 30 minutes when they wanted to tip, they changed their tune, but it was just a horrible experience and I’m pretty easy on people. I did tip them in the end because they helped me get a couple heavy things up, but everything was an extra cost and it was just horrible. I went cheap and I guess this is what happens so do not use.

• They would call and text the day before to confirm the location and time. Because we have stairs, they brought a tool to help ease the move. They listened to my plan, assured me with cheerful tone, and began timing their service from then. The king size mattress cover had a hole but it is mostly because the stair has a narrow angle. Overall, the experience is great, very smooth and affordable!

• This is a fantastic moving company! They were very accommodating, even when we had to change the schedule at short notice. They listened to all of our requests, worked hard, and moved everything efficiently. Highly recommended!
