  Safe Haven Moving

  Josh and his team were great! Josh communicated with me prior to the move and made sure all my questions were answered. They were punctual, quick and very careful with all of my belongs! I watched them take extra care to not bang any walls or doorframes! Both of the men were very kind and asked questions to ensure my things were going where I wanted. Prior to leaving they confirmed with me that everything was where I wanted it and made sure I didn't have any questions. I have moved many times and there were by far the best!! I will be using them and referring them to anyone I know that is moving! Thanks again, Josh and team!!

  The movers connected to JB-CF2897EA were terrific, professional, kind very helpful. However Uhaul was a train wreck. We got the wrong sized unit and when we tried to change that through the 800 number it was a nightmare. No one was on site to help us. We could not find the locker and the access codes did not work to get inside. The app would not download. we waited for 2 hours for it to load. The 800 number people could not help, it had to go through the app that would not work. A nightmare. I had to pay those guys $200 for 2 hours while we waited for the app to work. I will not pay that. U-Haul needs to pay that. They finally got a hold of the manager of the site and he could not help us. Ridiculous We finally gave up and went home. We will not rent at the location and I want a refund for all the charges for that location, probably 2 lockers and the movers. nightmare.

  These guys are fantastic! Polite and courteous and worked hard to complete the job. Highly recommend!
