Felix was very professional and did an excellent job. However, his helpers were at times just standing around not doing anything at times, playing on my exercise equipment, etc. Ultimately, they did not fully load all items within 4hrs due to the lagging performance of the helpers. When I noticed the helpers standing around and playing around, I confronted Felix about it to which he responded that he did not know his helpers were behaving that way. With Felix being the owner and onsite supervisor, I would strongly encourage him to take a more proactive approach to supervising his employees.

The team was great. Fast and efficient while still taking care with our possessions. Will definitely be using them again.

I hired them for 3 hours, but they worked incredibly fast and efficiently, even with incredibly heavy objects. I did struggle to set a time, but once the time was selected, they made moving into a second story apartment incredibly easy. I would definitely hire again
