  • The communication prior to arrival was excellent. Daniel was hard working and professional. His co-worker was a problem and distraction. He complained his age and his back hurting. He argued with Daniel about how to move furniture and pack the van. We scheduled them for 3 hours to move the furniture, only from two bedrooms, dining room, living room and family room. Halfway thru the move, we started carrying furniture out of the house and placing the furniture in the front yard. The moving and packing took 4 hours. We paid cash for the extra hour of work. Some of the furniture was damages.

    Thank you for your review Valerie, we hope you and Fred are doing well in PA. This was Rod's penultimate move - he has retired at 60 after working with Sure and Secure for 5 years. Rod has provided great service to many customers over the years - Sure and Secure won't be the same without him. As we mentioned, he broke his ribs and exploded his spleen in a car accident in December, so he's been a little slower since then. I try to make up any difference.
