  • Company was almost 2 hours late dropping off my Uboxes. They dropped the Uboxes off to my storage unit with somebody elses belongings in it and had to go back and get empty ones. The woman who was in charge of my services didnt answer any of my calls after they kept making mistakes. I probably called her about 15 times and didnt get one answer. she just kept texting me which was very unprofessional. In the end they finally got my Uboxes delivered back to UHaul but it was a complete mess and we had to rush everything because of the mistakes they kept making. Some sort of Compensation definitely should have been given back to me but of course there wasnt. I would not recommend this company to help you move your Uboxes.

    Hi Lakeisha thank you for your feedback We would like to clarify a few details regarding this move The delays were caused by U Haul providing locked empty U Boxes at delivery which had to be returned so they could be corrected This created delays outside of our control Prior to delivery we offered an earlier service time however the schedule was changed multiple times including during U Haul lunch hour which affected coordination Throughout the process our team remained in communication with U Haul to resolve the issue and complete the job as quickly as possible U Haul acknowledged the situation and offered compensation to our company related to the additional trip and service disruption We understand the experience was frustrating and regret the inconvenience caused Despite the challenges our team remained committed to completing the service
