There was some miscommunication between U-Haul and the company. My (empty) box had to be picked up from a different location. I had flexible hours & didn't realize that I had picked a move for the holiday. However, they were still willing to drive up for the job. They called twice to explain the reason for the delay. I was more upset at the lack of notification from the U-Haul system. I had one box and a very small 2-bedroom apartment which was loaded in less than an hour (no large furniture aside from a mattress). The crew was great. I really appreciate their assistance with everything. This is my first U-Box attempt. We'll see how it works on the other side, but I was really pleased with Get It Done Moving! Thanks, guys!

Would not recommend these movers at all. They were unable to load the boxes on the agreed upon day. And then when they arrived the next day, it was hours after they said they'd arrive. It was so late that they couldn't return the boxes to Uhaul and left them in a neighborhood overnight. Not worth it.
