    This was the worst experience in utilizing this service from U-haul. I had paid for 3 hours and they only stayed for 1 hour and 15 minutes and kept saying that they would not wrap a couple of sofa's and that it was not their jobs to wrap any of the furniture. They are in the moving business and they should help the customer with all of their needs. If I could place zero stars a and that would be would be my pick. They wanted full payment and had to leave to another job and expected payment in full for the 3 hours. U-Haul should not associate with a business like this one. It leaves a bad taste especially since they are associated with you business.

    B & M Efficient Solutions LLC

    Marlin and Carlos; they saved us. They were fast, very efficient, courteous, capable, strong and best of all they communicate to the customer. My family and I have moved several times for my career including 3 years ago I paid 12k for a full moving company to move from one state to another. This little company here that helped today .their customer service, their work ethic was far superior then the larger companies. This company is a bargain. I will not hesitate to call them for my next move, shortly!
