  • Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. These movers destroyed thousands of dollars’ worth of our belongings during a cross-country move. We provided moving blankets and paid for the extra blankets they used, yet they stopped protecting our furniture and stacked heavy items on top of boxes marked fragile. The result was a scratched leather sofa, a bent $1200+ dryer, damaged wood furniture, crushed storage bins and boxes, many floor and desk broken lamps, bent kitchen appliances, etc. The professional movers who unloaded the container were shocked by how poorly it had been packed. We have plenty of photos and now have to file an insurance claim. This is the worst review I’ve ever written. If you value your belongings, hire someone else.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I am deeply sorry to hear about the extensive damage to your belongings during your cross-country move. This is absolutely not the standard of service we pride ourselves on, and we completely understand your frustration. Packing a container securely is our responsibility, and it is incredibly disappointing to hear that our team fell short of those expectations
