  • They communicated well. I was informed a few days before my moved they were overbooked. I booked them 2 weeks in advance. I asked would it affect my packing so I can cancel and rebook someone else. I was informed no it would not. It definitely affected the move. In the beginning it went well towards the end less care was taken for my items. Items were just shoved in my POD. Unfortunately a book case was damaged. I am hoping other items are not damaged as well. They were not there but an hour and I paid for 2 hours, they had enough time to make sure the job was done right. I did request upfront someone who knows how to pack Pods efficiently. I choose them due to having experience with U box's.

    Hey good morning I'm just seen ur review and I have pics of the bookshelve looking to fine to send also was already loose at the end we only had bags and miscellaneous items we was there longer than an hour. It took an hour and a half to load it up I'm sorry if any thing was broke or felt like we rushed it was time to say something and we came back to remove the junk you had free of charge
