• Extremely disappointed with this moving service. The movers took 1 hour and 40 min. just to load furniture for a 1 bedroom -- no boxes, since I had moved them myself beforehand -- leaving no time to unload. I tried to make this as swift as possible by placing everything at the front door, taking boxes before hand, and breaking down big items. They worked inefficiently, didn’t offer solutions, and ignored my confirmation that all items fit in the elevator (which I tested the night before), repeatedly wasting time. They packed the U-Haul inefficiently, placing small items in first and furniture last, which forced them to rearrange things and made unloading a major hassle (which I ended up doing by myself). They followed me to the next location(15 mins away) to then say they were scheduled back to back and couldn't help unload. For a two-hour job with very minimal tasks, this was unacceptable.

• I am missing a plastic storage container that contains my post op medical supplies, medicated skincare products and bath soap. I'm a 71 year old man who was taking advantage of.

  This customer has called and emailed us every day since we moved him. Accusing us of taking everything from Medication, to soaps and deodorants, and even a blue basket full of laundry. Threatening to call police. We did not take anything from the customers home. Everything was carefully placed where he asked us to and we left. We would never take anything from any customers home that does not belong to us These accusations are heartbreaking and distasteful and this customer is telling any and everyone who will listen that we are thieves and have taken advantage of him and that is so far from the truth
