  • I really hate that I’m having to write a non positive review especially when it comes to black services but I’m very disappointed with how my items were handled. They were not loaded or packed with care resulting in damage to my tv. The movers were nice but not professional or actual trained moving professionals in my opinion. They used sealed items on the back of the U-Haul without asking me which resulted in an additional fee from U-Haul. Along with them charging me for a missing dolly. Then instead of the movers addressing a spacing issue with my storage they PACKED my storage unit to CAPACITY without my permission or advice and laid my TVs up against FURNITURE and now they’re broken. But you get what you pay for I guess. Nice guys but disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend or use again.

    Customer called us back the next day to do a second move. So Im confused how Customer is not satisfied with service. But details of Move. Customer was not ready at all for movers. Nothing packed. No furniture was taken apart and ready. Also Customer rented storage unit that was too small. We work hard movers when went above and beyond to satisfy customer. We went over extra hours with no extra cost. TVs were placed in storage correctly. Like the old saying goes, cant make everyone happy. Refer to other reviews to see how far above and beyond we go for our customers. We aimed to please on every move. We will continue to do a great job and satisfy every customer. Customer also called us back week later to unload storage unit due to scheduling was not able to move Customer then Customer decide to put up this review.
