• Hello. On the 16th of August, we ordered Blitz Movers. We reached out to Zion hours ahead of time before the move began. He confirmed to arrive on time, where in fact the movers showed up 70 minutes late. I was told that we wouldn't lose any time, and that the move would take place for the same length of time we reserved (2 hours.) At that point, I loaded the truck myself and told them to meet me at the new location to unload. They unloaded the truck at the new house in about an hour, and we had a few more items at the previous house to grab. Instead of following through on the agreed upon timeblock, the movers left after an hour. They were sloppy with loading fragile boxes and several of our furniture items in the new house. They caused some damage on a banister while attempting to move a dresser. These movers didn't even offer to do a partial refund either, although they left, knowing they had a whole hour left on the clock that we paid for. This was NOT a good experience at all.

  We had 5 bookings that day. He booked the day before and even after continuously telling him a time he insisted on the time he wanted us to come. We can only work so fast and efficiently while being as safe as possible. The customer wanted us to unload, then drive 20 minutes to load and 20 minutes back to unload again. That accumulates time and it is a 2 hour minimum when booking. If we finish in a hour we explained that there will be no refunds on any unused time. He hired us a for an unload and that is exactly what we did. Do damage was caused to any furniture so I am not sure what that is about.

• The movers themselves were fantastic. There were some scheduling and communication issues with the company leading up to the move time and at the beginning of the move, but it got resolved.
