    Im sorry you feel this way, we did arrive late as we were coming from over an hour away and the weather was very bad, with multiple crashes on our route, and we kept you aware of this fact. In regards to damage, we weren't aware that we caused any damage upon loading on our end, and its our policy to be honest about anything breaking.
