  • They were beyond excellent! Alvaro communicated early and through everything. U-haul made 2 mistakes by listing box in wrong location and then loading it backwards on the trailer so the door couldn’t open. Alvaro went from one location to another and communicated. Then drove 25 min only to find it wasn’t loaded right. Without complaint he drove back had them fix, came back, and still knocked out the unload with his helper in no time. Really couldn’t recommend someone more. Great experience on this end through what could’ve been frustrating to anyone.
