We were very disappointed with the two men who arrived to our home. They did not speak English and lacked the ability to communicate effectively. They lacked knowledge of the moving process. They stacked too many items which led to the items falling to the ground. Thankfully nothing was broken. In addition, the items did not seem to be properly loaded into the truck as a rocking chair was left on top of boxes inside the truck. One man was texting numerous times on his phone. My family had to assist these movers to expedite the entire moving process. We were expecting a fast moving process with experienced movers which is why we hired this company.
