  • Movers kept open lines of communication, were flexible with scheduling time, and were friendly; moved several large, heavy furniture items downstairs. However, the dolly they used to go up and down the stairs was extremely noisy, disturbing the neighbors; better control of the dolly will help reduce noise and keep items from breaking. We also needed to remind them a few times about some of our preferences for loading the U-Boxes (e.g., pack couch vertically to protect it and save space) and decided to finish packing the last 10 percent of items ourselves. In conclusion, the job was completed in a timely manner, but a gentler, quieter, moving experience is an opportunity for improvement.
