  We cannot overstate how awful this experience was. Our movers were over two hours late despite the boss saying they would be there shortly. We specifically request led dolly’s ahead of time, but they did not bring one. We moved as much as they did in the time they were with us. When we both went back to our apartment, we noticed that they weren’t with us and came down to find them sitting in their car. They offered to help us at least finish with the furniture before leaving, but then immediately said they were done right on the two hour mark and left. Before leaving, one of them complained about how much he hates his boss and didn’t want to be at this job today. It took us (and our incredibly kind neighbors who were shocked by watching this experience unfold) an additional four hours to load our truck alone. We strongly urge you to find someone else. We’ve moved a lot over the last ten years and this was without a doubt the worst experience we could ever even dream of having.

  The two guys got the job done with literally 1 minute to spare. However they made things difficult, for example instead of placing the bed frame and mattress on its side leaning against the wall, they put the mattress on the floor then put the frame on top of it, so after they left I had to have other people come help me move it so it could be positioned and assembled. They broke the leg off my table and didn’t say anything and left it there so when i discovered the next day I had to file a claim with insurance. The least they could have done was given me a heads up that they broke it. At one point they approached me about needing more time and told me I could pay them in cash, which I felt was very unprofessional. I told them they have the time I’m paying for and I would reach out to their manager if there was an issue with the allotted time. I would not personally hire them again and I now wish I would not have tipped them so much knowing how much hassle they caused after the fact.
