  • 2 small guys got out of the truck 45 minutes late.. did not introduce themselves and just got right into truck! they were miserable, one could not speak English and the other one barely! they were in a hurry, put things in places sloppily and ripped 3 of my plastic clothes storage bags! i have used U-haul local providers and this is the first time I was dissatisfied! i wanted to just tell them to leave but they unloaded the truck! I try to use the underdog with low bookings to give them a chance and it bit me in the ass this time! obviously the person running it is using foreigners and i’m not happy about it! We are in Florida.. i want English speaking movers.. next time i will ask!
