2 hours covers 1 load & unload not multiple .Our in and out 2 man crew can handle any job that is smaller than 20ft.Our blitz moving which is 3 man crew that handles all our job with trucks that are 20ft & up ,jobs that are on the 3rd floor or higher and last but not least if you need assembly or disassembly we will send our blitz moving crew to get it done .   • The only good thing about this company is that they move fast. Over than that this company is very disrespectful. They communicated to me at 5am they be here at 7am then when I replied back at 7am that we wouldn’t have the U-Haul until 8am so could we push the time back they never responded to me until 845am saying they were outside. Upon arrival they made it clear it was covered for 1 load and 1 unload. Then when I was not around they was rude to my father who was just asking if he could let him know when the truck was full and he rudely responded ‘you can look outside if you want to know when the truck is full’ so rude and unnecessary. They were very rough with my furniture my nightstand had scrapes and damage to the side and my couch is now lopsided and uneven.

    We were told from you your boyfriend and father we did a great Job , every piece of furniture was moved with perfection . Idk where this rudeness came from we always have great dialogue with our customers I will reach out to you personally to discuss this matter
