Moving helper told it is showing 2Miles and asked to reschdule. When i checked with Uhaul customer support and they asked to pay from my pocket and raised ticket to reimburse. so i paid 100$ +30$ tip. But when i checked they told i should consider as 130$ tip and uhaul paid moving helper properly

i had to call them back to load my pod. they said they didn’t do that. was only able to get them to load one thing before i was so uncomfortable i let them leave when they complained again. as a single female i wish i’d had a guy there with me so they would have done what i paid for. huge mistake. i wish i could get my money back.
