Both movers went above and beyond. They were timely and attentive to all of our moving needs.

Movers were late for an hour stating boss sent them to the wrong address. We caught in the late afternoon rain and they spent 2 hours just moving a refrigerator within 2 miles distance. Spent another 1 and half hours moving my several pieces of furniture. They charged me 4 hours fee for a 3.5 hrs job. I didn’t know they charge by hour previously but I still tipped the movers anyway. However, when I asked for discount from their boss for the error, their boss never replied to my messages anymore.
