  • I am extremely dissatisfied with my moving session. The movers arrived without tools or a dolly, waited four hours to call someone to bring additional tools. My favorite family heirloom antique desk was broken and neither party in Moving Help will take responsibility for the damage. My move was left incomplete, forcing me to pay extra fees and endure significant stress. I expect a full investigation and resolution. Terrible experience.

  • The mover dishonestly charged me an additional $1500 outside of the moving cost to complete my move. Arrived without tools and stood around four hours awaiting tools to be able to move the larger items. My favorite antique piece is broken on arrival and neither Moving Help company will take responsibility, although I purchased the iinsurance.. Terrible experience.

  • Paying for professional move out deep cleaning services was what I thought I was paying for. My counters were wiped down and the floors were swept. Nothing else was done. Terrible experience and overcharged. Do not recommend.
