• I hired labor to help my disabled daughter move they were there on time four people showed up a gentleman a lady and two teenagers the first complaint started when they found out that my daughter lived on the third floor of the apartment which was known by the address and U-Haul they asked for an additional hour to empty out the truck and after the third hour they left I have pictures of what was left in the truck where other family members had to drive to the location and help my disabled daughter move the rest of the boxes into her apartment there was no tip given and I do not recommend them at all

  First of all we do not complain about any jobs. We look forward going on all jobs and 2 of all the truck was a disaster we had to keep picking up there stuff dropping out of the boxes that had holes in it we took pic of everything and was not told there was a third floor with a 350 pound cabinet and she complained about how long it took on a 2 hour 2 person job and she was disabled? why move her to third floor and no elevator there was three people who lived there complaining about her already because she was not only rude but was mad because she was asked to pay extra hour to unload because uhaul was a disaster and the people at the apartment was like there doing a good job to be on third floor and tips are not required but great fully appreciated we have had no complaints last jobs before theres we got 50 and 100 dollar tips and they wanted us to come back and we would love to upload the pic of the extra cabinet that we took up out of kindness and didn't even make her pay for it.
