  • Pros. Charles & Jordan did an excellent job and were very friendly and professional. They got the job done quickly and efficiently, and I'm pleased with their work. I would absolutely recommend or hire them again. Cons. I originally scheduled 2 movers for 3 hours, but later realized I only needed 2 hours. I attempted to make the change online before the move day, but was unable to and did not receive a response after texting the number provided. One mover arrived around 830am and started the job alone. The other arrived around 930am. The load job was completed around 1030am. I tipped them cash. Because I attempted to change the scheduled time ahead of time and was not able to, the job was completed in 2 hours, and I did not even have 2 movers for those 2 hours, I do not see the logic or fairness in being charged for time that was not used. I am expecting a refund of the 3rd hour. Otherwise, great experience!
