Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
These guys were great. Very efficient, super friendly and took real good care with my more delicate furniture. I ended up getting so much more moved than I was expecting in the short time they were here. I would highly recommend them for moving help!
I paid for two movers for two hours. I ended up having to do two trips. I specifically said to them both that we would come back after the first load. After they unloaded the first load I said let’s go back for the second load. That is when one of the workers started asking me for the payment code. I said I I’ll give it after the second load. He the proceeded to argue with me telling me I only said one load. I told him I paid for two hours , not an hour and a half and I have a second load. He proceeded to argue the point with my landlord. I had to send his partner in to get him out of the home. Then the partner had to talk him into doing his job all of which wasted 10 more minutes of my paid time.
