• So much of our stuff arrived damaged. Major gouges and scratches. I did file a claim. They loaded the trailer in such disarray. The movers that helped unload it had never seen one loaded so poorly. The help that arrived weren't there for long. As one of them walked off the job, the other had to leave. They left one guy there for over two hours. I'm glad we saved room in our cargo trailer for last minute items. They left several boxes in our basement after ensuring me they grabbed everything. They said there wasn't enough room for all our stuff so we left items behind. When the unloaders opened it there was so much room that we could have fit what we left and more. We drastically overpaid in the first place, then had to pay extra due to their incompetence and lack of loading skills. Buyer beware with this company.

• They arrived 2 and a half hours late and only worked a couple of hours because my husband had unloaded half of the 26’ truck alone.
