  • These 2 were a piece of work. The tall guy came up to the door looking like he just came out of a bad movie. He was eating a half opened can of Vienna sausages with his bare fingers. He dropped one on the ground picked it up and ate it. He came in looked at me and all I could get out of him were disgusted looks and grunts. He then proceeded to touch all our stuff with his disgusting hands. Then the other guy comes up and the first thing he has to say is that they wanted cash tips because they never receive tips from a card...They only get 20.00$ an hour. My husband said they could have our weight bench and weights as we didn't want to move them across country. He let them borrow some tools to take it apart. Then they asked if they could keep the tool also! We paid for two hours for both of them they work just about an hour. Then they brought up the tip again! I told them they worked for almost one hour so the next 20.00$ for none work could be their tip. Disgusting....

  • I hired two movers through U-Haul’s Moving Help service for a six-hour block and paid for the hours ahead of time. Unfortunately, both movers left early one left about 2.5 hours early and the other about 1.5 hours early, even though I had already paid for the full service. I reached out to the manager to ask if a partial refund was possible since the movers left early, but I was told there was nothing he could do, even though they left because they were scheduled for another job. Communication was also very poor. The manager never reached out to confirm the start time or address, and I had to text him the night before to provide that information. To make matters worse, a few of my items were damaged during the move. This is advertised as a veteran-owned moving company, and while I support veteran businesses, this experience made my move far more stressful and cost me money for time I did not receive. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
