• I would not recommend or trust this company. I booked through U-Haul for $95 about two weeks in advance. We agreed on 1 PM Sunday, and they contacted me Friday to confirm 1 PM. On Sunday we waited until almost 2 PM before I finally texted them. Only then did they tell me they had no one available. Instead of apologizing for not notifying me, he argued that because I had initially said I was flexible on timing, he did not think it mattered. Once an appointment is set and reconfirmed, a simple heads up that you are not coming is basic customer service. More concerning, days earlier they told me to cancel my U-Haul booking and book directly with them because $95 was not enough and they wanted about $200. I declined. Given that they later failed to show for our confirmed appointment, the sequence made me question whether my refusal to pay them more directly played a role. I cannot know that for certain, but the entire experience felt extremely unprofessional and left me unable to trust th

  First of all I want to Thank you for using mad man movers. this move was by far the most hostile move I have had in my career. So hostile I reported it to U-Haul very disrespectful and made things very uncomfortable but we still went the extra mile to help her and her family. She was not present on this move but wrote this review which shows character we were also tipped for this job that we did so bad on. We were threatened with her dogs multiple times which is extremely uncalled for told us how to do our jobs multiple times even texted me this morning asking if we have her key which is continuous Harassment because that key was never in our possession. Sadly I would never go to help this family again.
