• I recently used Super Star Moving and Storage for unloading my POD. We couldn't be happier. From start to finish, Mark and Luke were exceptionally professional, efficient and courteous. They handled our belongings with great care, ensuring everything was safely removed from the POD. The movers were punctual, and worked dilgently to complete the unloading of the POD. Their attention to detail and customer service made a typically stressful event incredibly smooth and stress free.

• Really disappointed by this loading company. The people were nice but not terribly professional when it came to properly loading the Upack trailer. We booked and there was a question on their end about their ability to provide service because they had another booking. They did a loading prior to our at 4 am and they were running on fumes on our job. We provided straps for holding the walls in the trailer and they did not use any so the entirety of the contents shifted to the back of the trailer causing damage to furniture. They did not wrap our white fabric headboard and loaded greasy wheels office chairs against it causing grease marks on a $1,500 headboard. They were instructed how to load furniture and the direction it needed to go to avoid stress and damage to the glass, they loaded the items with no regard to the instructions. They did get the trailer loaded but panicked at the end shoving things in so they could get to another job. Nice people but would not recommend.
