  • I specifically asked the two young men to wrap the washer and dryer prior to moving to the truck, they did not. When moving them they scratched the front of my dryer, which I advised the lady who called to get more time added. She didn’t ask for any further detail just said okay. They still didn’t finish loading even with an extra hour.

    You had way more items than you put in the notes also please be truthful they did more than the extra time, the movers said they did not damage the washer machine they wiped it and the black mark came off when you told me I said sorry if it was damaged then I called my movers and they told me what happened sorry for your experience the guys was on time and you were and hour late you forgot to mention that
