Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
They did not bring the supplies needed to move a treadmill they knew about. They ended up scratching my hardwood flooring with deep gouges and dents plus put two big dings in my walls. They then went to the hardware store during the move to buy supplies and we ended up unloading a decent amount of the truck. The movers stated they would fix things but its been at least two hours since I reached out to the owner with pictures of the damage and still waiting for a relly.
Absolutely amazing! Billy is a great leader and is able to direct the crew with ease. Very professional and helpful. Absolutely will use again.
