  • I first want to say the two gentlemen that showed up to help load were fantastic! Now to the bad part, did not receive a call until 9 30 pm the night before to confirm the reservation. As soon as Angel started speaking, he started up selling everything and told me it was going to be more of a cost because the portal does not account for everything. After arguing for 20 minutes he finally agreed on the cost that was quoted. Angel then provided a time slot of 8-10 am for the workers to arrive. At 10 15 am still no workers, after a call back from Angel he acted like it’s no big deal that they are late! To me on a timeline to move out and every minute counts. If I had to do it all over again, would definitely go with someone else. I want to reiterate that the workers great when they got here.
