    Hefty Haulerz

    Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company to anyone. The packers were nice young men; however, they are inexperienced. I don’t think they have an efficient or effective strategy. Unfortunately, they couldn’t complete in 6 hours with three people what the previous company completed in 5 hours with two people. The way they packaged the hardware for the items they broke down (beds, trundle, office desk) made it difficult to find on the other end. I am five days in and still haven’t found the trundle pieces. Unfortunately, I paid the unpackers on the other end for services they could not fully complete. Dylan sent someone the following day in good faith; however, he was unable to complete everything, primarily the trundle due to the missing parts. Also, unloading was challenging due to boxes packed without labeling; causing more unnecessary movement of boxes between rooms and floors on the other end. They also left packing materials randomly all over the place.
