  • This was a rough move for many reasons. There were issues picking up the box (not Family Mover's fault), then the trailer wasn't hooked up correctly (again not Family Mover's fault). The mover crushed his phone in this whole process and had to get a new one to get my address and phone number information. Despite all of the issues they were very responsive which was truly surprising considering what had happened. Obviously all this made the arrival time later than booked, but Family Movers kept me informed of what was going on, he even found another phone to contact me from to let me know what was going on with his phone, and once they got to the house they were friendly, professional, were very careful with my furniture and fast. I would recommend Family Movers, however, make sure your box isn't coming from the Springhill Ave Uhaul in Mobile.
