I explained what needed to bo loaded on the truck before loading started, includingthat all furnitureneeded to go. Not only was all the furniture not loaded, random items that did not need to be loaded were loaded without question, furniture that was loaded was damaged (one piece i even heard crack and had to stop them as they put it on the truck) and the truck was so poorly packed, the unloaders didn't want to touch it because they knew items would be damaged. I also rented 24 moving pads and they did not use even one. I submitted an issue and have heard nothing in a months time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Prime Moving showed up right on time and ready to work. The movers worked efficiently and made sure to understand the needs my move. They loaded the truck safely and followed directly to the unloading location and quickly unloaded the truck. In fact, they were done sooner than expected.
