Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
I was very pleased with the services provided. They did everything I needed them to do. The only problem with the whole thing was scheduling. They were originally supposed to be here last Saturday but called me and had to reschedule. If there had been more time in my own schedule this would not have been a problem. But I was very anxious in case anything went wrong today. I have to leave tomorrow and will not be back for 8 months.
Paul and Jay were both so great during the move. They were very friendly and good at their job! However, it was really hard to reach out to Etienne to ask questions before the move. I hope communication prior to the move could get better in the future.
