The guys did great and were really fast. Instead of the 2 hour time frame, they got everything done in only 30 minutes!

Unfortunately the lack of experience was a big issue. They couldn't handle the big furniture with care, several wood furniture were damage, the recliner sofa is twisted, a standing lamp glass shade was broken. Even though they replace the glass shade was replaced, it was the wrong model, size and color, besides the whole lamp is twisted. And they charge $140.00 more for their services, which was unexpected.

Overall an excellent mover experience, and they'll be at the top of my list when I need movers again. I recommend clearly explaining what boxes or items are fragile, rather than relying on box labels.
