Shane (and the other movers from Valley and Mount Moving and Labor) went above and beyond in all areas of customer service. From clear and timely communication regarding coordinating the timing and scope of the move, to helpful recommendations regarding packing materials and other info to help ensure the process went as smoothly as possible, to being flexible w unforeseen snags, being highly knowledgeable and efficient when it came to safely loading and unloading - Valley and Mount Moving and Labor are exemplary. Shane and his crew were able to get the job done quickly while maintaining a high level of professionalism and care. Which is not easy when it comes to heavy objects, small spaces, and all of the variables that popped up. Not only was the crew excellent at their job, they made the day less stressful for me and my parents (anyone who has moved knows that it’s an inherently stressful process) which is a testament to their people skills on top of their moving and labor acumen.
