  • They were nice guys who showed up on time. They were quick to respond to the booking. Their communication could have been better as they didn't tell me they were going to charge me extra for moving a few items, one being a very small safe that I have moved on my own. They did a great job packing the truck tight. Along with my careful driving, nothing shifted. It would have been nice to see a little more care going into handling the items, though. Overall, I was happy to have their help. I have never hired help before. This time I couldn't move it all on my own in the time frame I had.
