  • The movers were experienced and took extra care to pack our items well and protect them. They packed the truck nicely and securely for our drive. Thanks for a job well done.

  • We wanted evening move time, which we chose on the U-Haul app. They called us saying they could only do a 2-5pm arrival window at latest, and they supply no equipment. My partner had to take the day off to accommodate their timing. Then, we had trouble getting ahold of each other on day of move. Granted, that was due to my phone needing a restart; however, they didn't use text, didn't try to email me.... U-Haul just reported them as having completed the service. They obviously hadn't. By 15 min til 5, I finally had to initiate the comm resolution using their email, since they wouldn't pick up their phone. Once resolved, it turned out they had been trying to call me because they were running late, wouldn't be there until 30 min past 5 (when we originally wanted). They had to call in 2 crew members on their day off to accommodate our move. The crew were great; they just didn't announce who they were when they arrived. We won't be using this company again.

    Hello Shelly thank you for your feedback. I do apologize for the communication issue as you did state there was an issue with you phone was going straight to VM because of a setting on your phone. Our line is an office phone so we are unable to text but once we go in communication via email we were able to figure out the proble. We did have an arrival window set with you and you did let us know you wanted it as late as possible it was just a little hard to reach you to communicate the movers arrival time.

  • Gramz was perfect. The communicated immediate and set the day I needed. The guys who came out were very good at their job. The were friendly and careful with our belongings and had our 3 bedroom home packed in about an hour. Unloading was just as good. I had reserved 4 hours and we were done in 3. I would absolutely use them again!
