I had a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with this company, I will never ever use them again, and I advice anyone whis thinking about using them to not do it! I hired two guys and got one guy and the other one was on crutches and couldn't do they job. The crippled guy had a mouth and attitude, he couldn't work, the poor other guy who was a little guy had to do the job by himself. They partially did the job, refused to finish the job, and had the nerves to demand that I pay them. I refused to pay them, they threatened to call the cops on me so I called the cops for them. Three hours later they decided to finish the job, which they partially did, I reluctantly them, and they left. The cops did come after they left, which sucks. I lost double money dealing with them and will never ever use them again. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Overall, it's an okay experience. If you have heavy item and it's going upstairs, make sure it's protected very well. My TV console is heavy and it was damaged during lifting to the room up the staircase
