They communicated well, one mover was 30 minutes late but it was communicated so I had no issue with it. I gave them an option to wait for the elevator that was going through fire drill maintenance and so they waited. They broke the leg off my $1500 tv stand and didn’t seem to know how to properly move large items.

Didn’t seem very experienced, but very hard working. They didn’t work efficiently and didn’t arrange the load efficiently either, and almost ran out of space. Arrived a little late and didn’t stay the full time, and didn’t finish, leaving me to finish packing the truck alone.
