  • DISHONEST. THIEF. DO NOT HIRE!!!! Craig and his helper took their sweet time and stretched the move way past the scheduled window; then asked for double the money to finish the job. They mishandled my furniture, causing visible damage due to poor packing and no protection. Before the move, Craig assured me over a video call that everything would fit in one U-Box. It didn't. Half the apartment was left out. He offered to store the rest and said if I could sell the items, we'd split the money. I agreed. The next day, I had a buyer lined up. Craig suddenly claimed he 'got rid of everything'. He stole it all. This was calculated, dishonest, and exploitative. I have voice recordings, texts, and payment proof. Do not hire this company under any circumstances.

    In response to this review. CLS Movers has provided quality service to our customers for 3 years with Great reviews, continued referrals and repeat customers. Your claim of theft and dishonesty is inaccurate. Due to your personal time restraints of a same-day flight on the day of moving service,a non-reserved elevator, and inadequate sized Ubox that you ordered prior to crew arrival, these are a few of the circumstances that caused some of your items to be discarded in your basement at your request. Craig went above and beyond out of courtesy by agreeing to clear out your apartment while you were in flight and securely returned your key to the security office in order for you to receive your security deposit upon move out per your request. We have pictures video and witness testimony to the date in question. Ultimately it is our goal to provide great customer service.
